Payment, Insurance and Billing Information

 

Pulmonary Associates accepts Medicare, ACCESS, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and a number of PPOs and HMOs. Please call us to see if we are included on your insurance plan. You will need to bring your insurance card to your appointment.

We will submit your insurance claims and bill you for any cost not covered by your insurance. If you prefer to file your own insurance claim, your charges are due at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, personal checks and cash.
